USING A CASSETTE TAPE RECORDER WITH THE M10

A cassette tape recorder can be used with the M10
to save files on tape and to load files from
tape to the M10. The connection should be made
as in Figure 5 below.

1. WHITE TO EAR
2. BLACK TO REM
3. RED TO MIC
4. CONNECT TO TAPE

In addition to the normal functions, the recorder
must be equipped with the following features:

- Input microphone jack MIC

- Output jack EAR

- Remote control jack REM

- Tape counter

The BASIC commands MOTOR ON and MOTOR OFF
determine whether control lies with the M10 or
not.
